If you've ever used someone else's computer to get your e-mail, you know how frustrating it can be. Now you can get all of your e-mails in one place and access them from any web browser -- anywhere!

Web Mail allows you to retrieve your e-mails from up to four different providers, view attachments, reply, send new messages, and more all through your browser. You can even set up other accounts so that your friends, family, or customers can login and access their e-mail too!

Installation:

Web Mail automatically installs on your web site in seconds Or, follow the below instructions to install manually.

• Untar webmail.tar to a temporary folder. Eg. tar xvfp webmail.tar
• Edit webmail.cgi to tell it where user files and images are
• CHMOD webmail.cgi to 755 and move to your cgi-bin folder
• Move all files in the images folder to the location you chose in the script above
• Move passfile to the location you chose to store user files above (Be sure it is CHMOD 777)

To add users, delete, or change passwords, point your browser to:

NOTE: By default the username admin is installed with a password of admin.

If you've already added at least one user account as shown above, you can login to set it up by going to:

http://www.yourserver.com/cgi-bin/webmail.cgi

The first time you login to any account will allow you to set up your mail settings. You can always login again to change them.
