Requirements:
You must have the Net::DNS module installed on your server. You can get it
here
Installation:Geography Tracker automatically installs on your web site in seconds
Or, follow the below instructions to install manually.
- Untar geo.tar to a temporary directory using the command: tar xvfp geo.tar
- Place geo.cgi in your cgi-bin directory
- Edit geo.cgi to tell it where to store the log files
- Place extensions.txt in the location you defined above and CHMOD to 777
- CHMOD geo.cgi to 755
How to use:
The Geography Tracker has two modes:
0 = Forward visitors to the default or defined URL and log them
1 = Do not forward, just log visitors
Now, just place the below code on any of your pages:

Define either 0 or 1 after
mode= to either forward and log, or just log visitors.
To check your site statistics in real time or to edit URL's, point your browser to:
http://www.yourserver.com/cgi-bin/geo.cgi?area=login
