HTML Scrambler
Friday, November 22, 2024
If you need a fast, and foolproof way to protect your information from being read by unauthorized eyes, then you really need the HTML Scrambler. This is ideal if you create e-books that only members should have access to, and best of all, there's no bulky files to send to your members -- it's all online.
Features:
- Scramble any web page in realtime
- Optional disable the right mouse button so visitor's cannot view the source code
- Logs all views of your pages
- Create an unlimited number of scrambled pages
- Never displays the actual URL of where the web page came from
Demo:
The password to view both links below is
test. The first will let you right click to view the source. When you do, you will see the source code is virtually unreadable. The second link will not let you view the source at all.
Click here and then view the scrambled source code below.
Here is the scrambled HTML source code of the page above.
Click here and see how you can't even view the scrambled source code by right clicking your mouse.
Installation:HTML Scrambler automatically installs on your web site in seconds
Or, follow the below instructions to install manually.
- Upload htmlscram.cgi to your cgi-bin folder
- CHMOD htmlscram.cgi to 755
- Edit the locations in the htmlscram.cgi script to where your data files will be stored
Administration:
Screenshot
To add, delete, or modify any URL's you want scrambled, point your browser to:
http://www.yourserver.com/cgi-bin/htmlscram.cgi?area=login
How to use:
Each URL you want scrambled can be accessed by the
code you set in the administration section. For example, if you wanted to scramble a page located at
http://www.anothersite.com/page1.html and you defined the code to be
PAGE1 for that URL, then it would be retrieved when you click on:
http://www.yourserver.com/cgi-bin/htmlscram.cgi?code=PAGE1
So, any page you want scrambled, just define the URL and the code in the administration section, then put the code you chose as shown above. Now any time someone views that page using the HTML Scrambler, it will ask for a password. When the correct password is given, the page is retrieved, scrambled, and displayed in a new window.
"This is the greatest service I've seen on the internet in over 10 years!
Finally, a company that sells products that make sense. I can hardly
believe it. But best of all, is the superb support you provide... Well
Done!"
