Installation:

Support Center automatically installs on your web site in seconds Or, follow the below instructions to install manually.

• Download support.cgi
• Place in your cgi-bin directory
• Set the required variables as shown in the script
• CHMOD support.cgi to 755
• Be sure all directories you chose in the script are CHMOD 777

Administration:

You can view, edit, and respond to any support ticket by pointing your browser to:

http://www.yourserver.com/cgi-bin/support.cgi?area=login

Displaying Support Box:

Just add the below line to any of your web pages to have the support box displayed automatically.
